이용약관
1. 목적과 정의
이 약관은 (주)브릿지닷소(영문명 BridgeDotSo Co., Ltd., 이하 “회사”)이 제공하는 myaifit 서비스(AI 세션용 그룹웨어, MCP 서버, 관리 화면, 그리고 베타로 제공하는 solfit 코드 보관소를 포함하며 이하 “서비스”)의 이용 조건을 정합니다.
“고객”은 이 약관에 동의하고 서비스를 이용하는 개인 또는 법인을, “라이선스 키”는 서비스 접속을 위해 회사가 발급하는 고유 키를 말합니다.
2. 약관의 효력과 변경
회사는 합리적인 범위에서 약관을 바꿀 수 있고, 시행 7일 전(고객에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)에 사이트 또는 이메일로 알립니다. 고객에게 불리한 변경에는 별도 동의가 필요할 수 있습니다.
변경 후에도 서비스를 계속 이용하면 변경에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 동의하지 않으면 해지할 수 있습니다.
3. 계정과 라이선스 키
라이선스 키는 고객 본인(또는 고객 조직)만 사용하며, 제3자에게 양도·공유·재판매할 수 없습니다.
고객은 키를 안전하게 보관할 책임이 있습니다. 키가 유출됐다고 의심되면 즉시 회사에 알리고 재발급을 받아야 합니다.
요금제별 한도(동시 세션 수, 월 신규 입소 수, 코드 보관소 호출 한도 등)를 넘으면 회사는 초과분의 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.
4. 서비스의 범위와 AI 도구
서비스는 고객이 사용하는 AI 도구(예: Claude Cowork, ChatGPT 등)에 규칙·인수인계·보고 체계를 공급하는 부가 서비스입니다.
회사는 AI 모델을 제공하거나 재판매하지 않습니다. AI 도구의 이용 요금·품질·약관은 해당 제공자와 고객 사이의 문제이며 회사는 책임지지 않습니다.
5. 요금, 결제, 갱신
요금은 사이트의 요금표에 따릅니다. 주문 처리는 온라인 리셀러인 Paddle(Paddle.com Market Limited, 이하 “Paddle”)이 합니다. Paddle이 모든 주문의 판매대행자(Merchant of Record)이며, 결제, 청구, 세금, 결제 관련 고객 문의와 환불을 Paddle이 처리합니다. 결제에는 Paddle의 구매자 약관(https://paddle.com/legal-buyers)이 함께 적용됩니다.
월 구독은 해지하기 전까지 매월 자동 갱신됩니다. 요금을 올릴 때는 적용 30일 전에 알립니다.
세금(부가가치세 등)은 법령과 Paddle의 처리 방식에 따라 별도로 표시될 수 있습니다. 회사는 고객의 카드 정보를 보관하지 않습니다.
6. 해지
고객은 언제든지 해지할 수 있으며, 이미 결제한 이용 기간이 끝날 때까지 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다. 해지만으로 환불되지는 않으며, 환불은 Paddle의 환불 정책을 따르는 회사의 환불 정책(/refund)에 따릅니다.
회사는 고객이 약관을 위반하거나 서비스에 위험을 주는 경우 사전 통지 후(긴급한 경우 즉시) 이용을 제한하거나 해지할 수 있습니다.
해지 또는 종료되면 서비스 접근이 끝나고 라이선스 키는 효력을 잃습니다. 고객 데이터는 개인정보 처리방침에 정한 보관기간이 지나면 삭제되며, 고객은 해지 전에 필요한 데이터를 내려받아야 합니다. 해지 전에 발생한 결제 의무와 이 약관 중 성질상 계속되어야 하는 조항(지식재산, 책임의 제한, 면책, 준거법 등)은 해지 후에도 효력이 있습니다.
7. 허용되지 않는 이용
서비스의 내용(규칙, 교육 과정, 코드 보관소 등)을 자동화 도구로 대량 수집하거나 목록·압축 등으로 내려받는 행위
서비스 내용을 복제·재배포·재판매하거나 경쟁 서비스를 만드는 데 사용하는 행위
역설계, 인증·한도·보안 장치의 우회, 과도한 호출로 서비스에 부담을 주는 행위
법령 위반, 타인의 권리 침해, 악성코드 전송, 비공개 소스의 불법 복제·역분석물 등 권리가 불명확한 자료를 서비스에 올리는 행위
8. 지식재산과 오픈소스
서비스와 회사가 작성한 콘텐츠에 대한 권리는 회사 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있으며, 고객에게는 약관 범위 안의 사용권만 부여됩니다.
고객이 서비스에 입력한 데이터(규칙, 기록, 보고 등)에 대한 권리는 고객에게 있습니다. 회사는 서비스 제공·보안·지원에 필요한 범위에서만 이를 처리합니다.
코드 보관소의 코드는 원 저작자의 오픈소스 라이선스가 적용됩니다. 회사는 원 라이선스·저작권 고지를 함께 제공하며, 고객은 이를 유지해야 합니다. 회사가 더한 분류·정리·수정 부분에 대한 권리는 회사에 있으나, 원본 부분은 원 저작자의 권리가 유지됩니다.
9. 베타 기능 (solfit 코드 보관소)
solfit 코드 보관소는 현재 베타입니다. 내용·분류·한도가 예고 없이 바뀌거나 중단될 수 있으며, 코드의 정확성·안전성·적합성을 보증하지 않습니다.
베타가 끝난 뒤 일부 기능은 유료로 전환될 수 있고, 회사는 전환 전에 미리 알립니다. 고객은 사용 전에 코드를 스스로 검토·시험해야 합니다.
10. 고객 데이터와 개인정보
고객 데이터는 개인정보 처리방침에 따라 처리됩니다. 고객 데이터는 고객별로 분리해 보관하는 것을 원칙으로 합니다. 고객 데이터는 회사가 운영하는 서버(대한민국)에 보관하며, 일부 처리는 개인정보 처리방침에 적은 수탁자를 통해 해외에서 이루어질 수 있습니다. 전송 구간은 HTTPS로 보호하고 접근 권한을 제한합니다. 삭제는 개인정보 처리방침에 따릅니다.
고객은 서비스에 법령상 입력할 수 없는 정보(비밀번호·개인키·주민등록번호 등 민감정보)를 넣지 않아야 합니다.
11. 보증의 부인, 책임의 제한과 면책
서비스는 “있는 그대로” 제공되며, 회사는 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 특정 목적에의 적합성, 중단 없음, 오류 없음을 보증하지 않습니다.
회사의 고의 또는 중과실이 있는 경우를 제외하고, 회사의 책임은 고객이 최근 12개월 동안 서비스에 지급한 금액을 한도로 하며, 간접·부수·결과적 손해(이익 손실, AI 이용료 증가, 데이터 손실 등)에 대해서는 책임지지 않습니다. 소비자에게 불리한 부분은 법령이 정한 범위에서 적용합니다.
고객은 다음으로 인하여 제3자가 회사에 제기하는 청구, 손해, 비용(합리적인 변호사 비용 포함)에 대해 회사를 면책하고 보호합니다: (1) 고객이 서비스에 입력하거나 업로드한 콘텐츠·데이터, (2) 고객의 위법한 이용, (3) 고객의 약관 위반. 다만 회사의 고의 또는 과실로 생긴 부분은 제외하며, 소비자 보호 법령상 허용되지 않는 범위에는 적용하지 않습니다.
12. 서비스의 중단과 점검
회사는 점검, 장애, 불가항력 등으로 서비스를 일시 중단할 수 있으며, 가능하면 미리 알립니다.
천재지변, 전쟁, 전염병, 정전, 통신·클라우드 서비스의 광범위한 장애, 정부의 조치 등 회사가 합리적으로 통제할 수 없는 사유(불가항력)로 인한 지연이나 불이행에 대해서는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
13. 준거법과 관할
이 약관은 대한민국 법에 따릅니다. 분쟁은 서울남부지방법원을 제1심 관할 법원으로 합니다. 소비자 보호 법령이 정한 관할이 있으면 그에 따릅니다.
회사는 합병, 분할, 사업 양도 등으로 이 약관상 권리와 의무를 승계인에게 이전할 수 있으며, 이 경우 사이트 또는 이메일로 알립니다. 고객은 회사의 사전 서면 동의 없이 이 약관상 지위나 권리를 양도하거나 이전할 수 없습니다.

Terms of Service
1. Purpose and definitions
These Terms govern your use of myaifit (the groupware for AI sessions, MCP server, admin console, and the solfit code library offered in beta) provided by BridgeDotSo Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”).
“Customer” means the individual or entity that accepts these Terms. “License key” means the unique key we issue to access the service.
2. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms reasonably and will give 7 days’ notice (30 days for changes that disadvantage customers) by email or on our site. Changes that disadvantage customers may require separate consent.
Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes; if you do not, you may cancel.
3. Accounts and license keys
A license key is for you (or your organization) only. You may not transfer, share, or resell it.
Keep your key secure. If you suspect it has leaked, tell us immediately so we can reissue it.
If you exceed your plan limits (concurrent sessions, monthly new-session onboardings, code library call limits), we may restrict use above the limit.
4. Scope of the service and AI tools
The service is an add-on that supplies rules, handover, and reporting structure to the AI tools you use (such as Claude Cowork or ChatGPT).
We do not provide or resell AI models. Pricing, quality, and terms of any AI tool are between you and that provider; we are not responsible for them.
5. Fees, payment, and renewal
Fees follow the pricing page. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited, “Paddle”). Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all orders and handles payment, invoicing, taxes, payment-related customer inquiries, and refunds. Paddle’s buyer terms (https://paddle.com/legal-buyers) also apply to your purchase.
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. We will give 30 days’ notice of price increases.
Taxes (such as VAT/sales tax) may be shown separately according to law and Paddle’s process. We do not store your card details.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Cancelling alone does not trigger a refund; refunds follow our Refund Policy (/refund), which follows Paddle’s refund policy.
We may restrict or terminate access after notice (or immediately in urgent cases) if you breach these Terms or endanger the service.
When your account ends, access stops and your license key becomes invalid. Customer data is deleted after the retention period stated in the Privacy Policy, and you should export any data you need before cancelling. Payment obligations incurred before termination and provisions that by nature continue (intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law, etc.) survive termination.
7. Prohibited use
Bulk-collecting, scraping, listing, or downloading service content (rules, training material, code library) using automated tools
Copying, redistributing, or reselling service content, or using it to build a competing service
Reverse engineering; bypassing authentication, limits, or security; excessive calls that burden the service
Violating law or others’ rights; uploading malware or material of unclear rights, such as leaked non-public source code or reverse-engineered output
8. Intellectual property and open source
We or our licensors own the service and content we create; you receive a limited right to use them under these Terms.
You own the data you enter (rules, records, reports). We process it only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service.
Code in the library remains under its original open-source license. We provide the original license and copyright notices, and you must keep them. We own what we add (classification, organization, modifications); the original authors keep rights in the original parts.
9. Beta features (solfit code library)
The solfit code library is in beta. Content, classification, and limits may change or stop without notice, and we do not warrant that code is accurate, safe, or fit for your purpose.
Some features may become paid after beta, with advance notice. You must review and test code yourself before use.
10. Customer data and privacy
Customer data is handled under our Privacy Policy and kept separate per customer by design. Customer data is stored on servers we operate in Korea; some processing may occur abroad through the processors listed in the Privacy Policy. Data in transit is protected with HTTPS and access is restricted. Deletion follows the Privacy Policy.
Do not enter information that must not be submitted by law, such as passwords, private keys, or national ID numbers.
11. Disclaimer, limitation of liability, and indemnity
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted use, or freedom from errors.
Except for willful misconduct or gross negligence, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost profits, higher AI fees, data loss, etc.). Mandatory consumer-protection law still applies.
You will indemnify and hold us harmless against third-party claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from: (1) content or data you enter or upload to the service, (2) your unlawful use of the service, or (3) your breach of these Terms. This excludes the part caused by our willful misconduct or negligence and does not apply where mandatory consumer-protection law forbids it.
12. Interruptions and maintenance
We may suspend the service temporarily for maintenance, outages, or force majeure, and will give notice where possible.
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), such as natural disasters, war, epidemics, power failures, widespread outages of telecom or cloud services, or government action.
13. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes go to the Seoul Southern District Court as the court of first instance, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection venue.
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to a successor in a merger, demerger, or sale of the business, and will give notice on the site or by email. You may not assign or transfer your position or rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.
