myaifit의 결제는 판매대행자(Merchant of Record)인 Paddle(Paddle.com Market Limited)이 처리하며, 환불도 Paddle이 처리합니다.
Refund Policy
1. Basis
Payments for myaifit are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited) as Merchant of Record, and Paddle also processes refunds. This policy follows Paddle’s refund policy and buyer terms; if they differ, Paddle’s terms and refund policy prevail.
Paddle’s refund policy: https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy
2. Withdrawal periods by region
South Korea, Brazil, China: 7 days from payment, unconditional, with a full refund.
EU/EEA, Switzerland, UK, Turkey, Israel: 14 days. Canada: 7 days. Singapore: 5 days.
Elsewhere: not refundable unless the law requires it. A request made within 14 days of the transaction may be refunded at Paddle’s discretion, but a request does not guarantee a refund, and a discretionary refund creates no obligation for similar requests later.
3. Subscriptions
The periods above apply to the first payment. Renewals are generally not refundable (UK annual subscriptions get a new 14 days from the renewal date). When a free trial ends, a new 14 days starts in the EU/EEA, Switzerland, and the UK.
Cancelling stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Cancelling alone does not trigger a refund.
4. How to request and processing time
Use the support link on your receipt or account billing page, or “Request refund” on Paddle.net. EU consumers can use the withdrawal button in the Paddle Customer Portal, reached from the “Manage subscription” or “Manage transaction” link in the email.
You may also write to [email protected] and we will point you to the right step; Paddle processes the refund.
EU withdrawals are refunded within 14 days of Paddle receiving the request; other approved refunds within 14 days of approval, to the original payment method where possible. Access ends when a refund is issued.
5. When refunds are not available
Where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or manipulative behavior
Digital content whose use (download, streaming, or use) has started, where you expressly waived your withdrawal right
Items delivered and fully accessible immediately, where the law does not require a refund
Add-ons end with the main subscription and follow the main transaction’s refund rules.
6. Defects
If the service has a material defect, please tell us first at [email protected]. If it is not resolved, contact Paddle support with the details. Refunds are made where a material defect is shown under applicable consumer law.
7. Payment disputes (chargebacks)
Please contact Paddle before filing a dispute with your card issuer. Access may be suspended during a dispute review, but this does not limit your legal rights.
8. Statutory rights and changes
If you are a consumer, this policy does not limit rights guaranteed by consumer-protection law; where the law or Paddle gives higher protection, that standard applies.
If Paddle’s policy changes, we will update this policy; the policy in effect at the time of a transaction applies to it.
