Privacy Policy

Effective October 20, 2026

1. Information we process

Account and contact data: name, company, email address, license-key identifiers

Usage data: service call logs (tool called, time, result, the name and connection method of the AI tool), IP address, browser data, error logs

Content you enter: rules, session descriptions, handovers, reports, code records (“customer data”)

Payment data: we do not store card numbers; Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited) processes payments. We receive only payment result, plan, amount, and transaction identifiers.

2. Purposes

Providing the service (authentication, license checks, limits), support, payment and billing, security and abuse prevention (including detecting bulk collection), improving the service and statistics, and meeting legal obligations

3. Retention

Account and usage data: kept after cancellation for as long as needed to handle disputes and abuse; call logs are kept for as long as needed to operate and secure the service. If you ask us to delete data, we delete it without undue delay unless the law requires us to keep it.

Customer data: kept for a limited period after cancellation so you can export it, then deleted; we delete it without undue delay if you ask. Records the law requires (such as transactions) are kept for the legal period.

4. Sharing, processors, and international transfers

We may use processors to run the service: hosting (our own servers in Korea, which store customer data; Vultr in the US, Japan and India, which relay and process service requests and do not store customer data), network and security (Cloudflare), payments (Paddle), email (Resend).

Information may therefore be processed outside Korea (Japan, the US, India, etc.). Where required we obtain consent or rely on a lawful transfer mechanism. Transferred information is limited to what is needed to provide the service from section 1; the destination countries and processors are as listed above. If you do not want a transfer, contact us by email (use of the service may then be limited).

Except for lawful requests from authorities, we do not sell customer data or use it for advertising.

5. How we use customer data

We access and process customer data only as needed to provide and secure the service, handle support requests, and investigate breaches of the Terms.

We do not use customer data to train AI models.

6. Cookies and analytics

The site may use browser storage for essential functions such as saving display settings. We do not use analytics or advertising tools, and our servers do not set cookies. During checkout our payment provider (Paddle) may use its own cookies and storage, and our network and security provider (Cloudflare) may set strictly necessary security cookies, each under their own policies.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your information by emailing us; we reply within 10 days. We respect rights under the Korean Personal Information Protection Act and, where applicable, the EU GDPR and California law.

8. Security measures

We apply access controls, per-customer data separation, encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed key storage, and access logging.

9. Children

The service is for business use and is not directed to children under 14.
